families, seniors and the disabled with emergency financial needs that are not covered by other assistance programs.

EMERGENCY FAMILY NEEDS PROGRAM OFFERS
Emergency Family Needs (EFN) can assist people with rent or mortgage payments, rental deposits, prescription eyeglasses and car repairs, among other emergency needs.  EFN does no provide assistance with utility payments, food, or other needs that can be met through other assistance programs.

ELIGIBILITY
While there are no income restrictions for the EFN program, applicants must show that they have minor children living at home or that they are senior citizens or are disabled.

HOW TO APPLY
The EFN program is designed to assist people in the neighborhood where they are currently living or at an agency where they may already be receiving services.  People should apply at the agency closest to where they usually live.
