As Marin’s leading anti-poverty agency, Community Action Marin is here to ensure that no one faces life’s challenges alone. Through our Whole Family Approach, we provide direct support to address immediate needs while creating pathways to lasting change. Whether we’re delivering emergency assistance, providing high-quality early education, helping people build job skills, or offering financial coaching, we meet people where they are and help them achieve what’s possible.
However, we can’t do it alone. Your generosity fuels our shared vision of an equitable, flourishing Marin. I’m excited to share that every gift made by December 31 will be matched up to $25,000. This means your contribution and impact will go twice as far!
- $50 assists an older adult with a 1:1 financial coaching session.
- $100 provides a children’s center with books for a classroom library.
- $250 ensures our unhoused community has tarps, tents, warm clothing, rain gear, and access to shelter for emergencies and medical needs.
- $500 supports a preschool child with special needs to get the help they need in the classroom from a trained early education teacher.
- $1,000 makes it possible for our Community Alternative Response & Engagement (CARE) mobile outreach teams to provide enhanced case management and warm referrals to unhoused people across Marin County.
