Pathways to Emotional Wellness
Mindfulness is a powerful, evidence-based tool to reduce stress and to become more effective in our lives. In this group, we will learn and practice mindfulness techniques that will support our capacity to live fully in the present moment and support our capacity to move intentionally toward a future, as we would like to see it.

Building Recovery Skills for Daily Life Management
A life-skills support group who feel that they are ready to learn new skills that support self-determination. Areas include (but are not limited to) crisis planning, basic financial literacy, healthy communication, managing uncomfortable feelings (such as panic and anxiety) and short and long-term goal setting.

Virtual Agency Orientation
Join Us Online for Our Next Agency Orientation
Participants will learn about the many different programs and services we offer and how we can be your partner on the path to thriving. We're in your corner! You can choose to join us for the 3/3 orientation taking place from 5:30pm-6:30pm or the 3/15 orientation from 12pm-1pm. There will also be an orientation in Spanish on 3/17 from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Linda Reed Activity Program
A structured day program that encourages members to socialize. Activities include a support group, art, gardening, nature walk, and games. Once a month the group goes on a fun field trip to a local place of interest.
Meets weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 2:30pm.
