Lately, Chris Miranda has been a super hero to members of our community. As the Safety Net Services Manager at Community Action Marin, he and his team have been answering the call from our community for financial assistance during this challenging time. Through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) we have been able to provide assistance with energy bills to over 700 families and individuals, distributing more than $320,000 in support since the start of the pandemic.

Chris is again armed with a stack of letters notifying families in need here in our community that they’ve been approved for financial assistance to help offset eligible household energy costs. If you’re in need, contact us today. We’re in your corner.
