Marin’s affordable housing crisis is shaping the future of our community.

Teachers, for example, can’t make enough to live here, which is creating some very real challenges for schools. It’s clear that today’s high cost of housing will have ripple effects for years to come.

We spoke with Dr. Jonathan Eldridge, Superintendent/President of College of Marin (COM), about the continuing fallout from Marin’s affordable housing crisis. He shares about the detrimental impacts he is witnessing for students, the workforce, and the environment.
