Road to Self-Sufficiency

A pathway to self-sufficiency and well-being

A Road to Self-Sufficiency

A Road to Self-Sufficiency is a 6-month program designed to help participants to secure employment, helping them to overcome barriers along the way. The program focuses on an individual’s strengths and supports them through employment, as well as financial and wellness coaching, and is funded by the California Employment Development Department.

The Workforce Accelerator 10.0 program carries forward Community Action Marin’s mandate to eliminate the causes and consequences of poverty in the county. The project will be integrated with the rest of our services and programs to better steward the holistic well-being and socioeconomic mobility of all Marin residents.

Each participant in the program will receive customized services to support their education and training and employment goals, as well as overall well-being.
