The VP, Early Education is responsible for leading a large team of over 100 early childhood education staff across multiple sites. This position manages an annual budget of over $12 million from federal, state, county, and private sources that currently serves over 500 children of low income.

Under the supervision of the Area/Site Supervisor, the Associate Teacher assists in providing an enriched classroom experience for children. This includes helping to develop, implement, and facilitate developmentally appropriate activities and experiences for all the children in the program. In the absence of the Preschool Teacher, the Associate Teacher assumes the responsibilities of the Teacher.

Financial Planning Analyst

The Financial Planning Analyst will work with the Director of Finance in spearheading the organization’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. Bilingual Financial Coach

The Bilingual Financial Coach assists with the planning, coordination, and implementation of Economic Justice services including, but not limited to, the provision of holistic financial coaching; new member orientations; and safety net services access. The Bilingual Financial Coach will record data for all services and client outcomes utilizing a Salesforce-based online data collection system. The individual will facilitate financial education workshops and deliver community presentations.
