Community Action Marin (CAM) is a partnership of programs that share a fundamental belief: providing support services to families and individuals in need is an effective approach to helping them reach and sustain both economic and social self-sufficiency. An important new addition to this CAM family of services, CAM FoodWorks profits will help fund critical programs that have lost local and federal funds.

CO-PACKING SERVICES

We work with select clients on their co packaging projects and are available to assist in all aspects of developing their unique recipes for the marketplace. Available services include product development, batch-process recipe development, production and assistance with packaging and labeling.

PRIVATE LABEL

We offer many exceptional products that begin with the finest produce provided by our local farmers. Private label is the fastest and easiest way to bring a product to market with your own name on the label. True private label is when you take a manufacturer’s exact product and put your own label on it. Private label allows a retailer, restaurant, hotel, winery or corporate business to feature sustainably produced products with their own label and brand image without the start-up expenses involved in co-packing.

OUR FARMERS

We are committed to sourcing locally from the hundreds of farms that exist within 150 miles of Marin County. We believe that the support of local farmers contributes to resilient, thriving, healthy communities. CAM FoodWorks provides low-cost, small-batch runs to farmers who wish to make value-added products such as preserves, pickles, chutneys and sauces available to their customers.
